Every fantastic festival begins with a memorable experience, and for us, it’s food that tells a story. Taste the deep flavors and aromas that make agave and cuisine so special. We welcome Juan Antonio Rodriguez from Don Julio to provide insights into the fermenting process and flavor creation while our Executive Chef shares the food pairing inspirations.

Awaken your taste buds at our Agave Festival Welcome Reception at 12:30pm fuel up on some tasty food to start your day. You will receive a commemorative glass to sample through the Agave selections at the Grand Tasting.
