Festival times for general admission are 2:00pm – 6:00pm with VIP access beginning at 1:00pm. Vendors are expected to participate for the duration of the event(s) and must be set up by 12:00pm. All vendors must carry adequate liability insurance. Proof of insurance or additional insured certificates may be required. Vendors who are selling any type of consumable products are responsible for meeting the Summit County Health Department requirements and must complete a food vendor application. More information can be found here Fire Department approved tent weights are MANDATORY and must weigh at least 50 lbs per leg and attached to the upper tent frame. Only products listed on the application may be sold. Any additions must be approved by the Festival Committee(s) and are not guaranteed. All vendors are required to clearly display their business name on their booth. All accepted vendors must have or obtain the appropriate Breckenridge Sales Tax License prior to the first event. Each vendor will be responsible for the collection and filing of their own tax, with preference of one return to be turned in at the end of the last market. For more information, click here. A Sales Tax License Application can be found here4. Each vendor is responsible for their own tents, items, vehicles, equipment and staff. Booth space is designated for one, single business and may not be shared. The Rocky Mountain Events Director reserve the right to deny any vendor that does not properly represent the market or directly competes with the Main Street Station and The Village at Breckenridge merchants. Alcohol not provided by the event organizers is a violation of the liquor license and is not permitted on the premises. Vendors who do not adhere to the rules will be asked to vacate the event(s) without refund. Vendor rules and expectations for load-in and load-out will be communicated to all accepted vendors. I request permission to sell at the event(s). By doing so, I agree to hold harmless and release any employees or volunteers, directors, representatives and agents from the event(s) against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at the event(s). By authorizing this registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of Breckenridge Food and Wine, Breckenridge HogFest Bacon and Bourbon, Breckenridge Cider and Strings as well as all laws, codes and regulations of the Town of Breckenridge and Summit County, to cooperate with market management, and to pay the required deposit, booth rate and any other applicable fees which will be due if I am accepted into the event(s).
