We are thrilled to offer an exclusive sneak peek at this year’s bourbon pairing dinner menu. Chef Irwin has meticulously crafted a multi-course culinary experience designed to complement the rich character, depth, and complexity of world-class bourbons and whiskeys.
Each featured plate draws inspiration from the bold, hearty flavors of the High Country, pairing smoky, savory, and refined elements with carefully selected spirits. We are excited to showcase his final selections and deliver an unforgettable evening of elevated food and bourbon in the heart of Breckenridge.
